1. Supported Operating Systems¶
LinOTP will run on the following operating systems.
LinOTP Server (32 bit and 64 bit):
- Ubuntu 12.04+,
- Debian Squeeze and Wheezy via DEB packages,
- RHEL 6.x,
- CentOS 6,
- OpenSuSE 11.2-12.3,
- Univention Corporate Server (UCS) 3.1.
- Other Linux distribution may run using the source package/pip installation method.
LinOTP Management Client:
- Ubuntu starting with 12.04 (32 and 64 bit),
- Debian Squeeze and Wheezy via DEB packages (32 and 64 bit),
- OpenSuSE 11.2 via source packages (32 and 64 bit),
- Windows XP 32 bit via integrated installer,
- Windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit via integrated installer,
- Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 via integrated installer.
1.1. Supported Database systems¶
LinOTP is known to run with the following Database systems:
- SQLite 3
- MySQL 5
- PostgreSQL 8, 9
- DB2 9
- Oracle 11g
- MS SQL Server 2005
