Supported Operating Systems
============================
LinOTP will run on the following operating systems.

LinOTP Server (32 bit and 64 bit):

 * Debian 8 (jessie) via DEB packages,
 * Ubuntu 14.04 LTS,
 * RHEL 7 and compatible e.g. CentOS, Oracle-Linux 

Other Linux distribution may run using the source package/pip installation method.

Supported Database systems
---------------------------

LinOTP is known to run with the following Database systems:

 * SQLite 3
 * MySQL 5
 * MariaDB 
 * PostgreSQL 8, 9
 * DB2 9
 * Oracle 11g
