RADIUS Authentication fails

If RADIUS authentication fails or times out you should take a look at the FreeRADIUS log file usually located at
``/var/log/freeradius/radius.log``.

A failed request would look like this::

  Tue Sep 14 11:34:47 2010 : Error: rlm_linotp: (lotp_auth) LinOTPd returned ':-(' 
  Tue Sep 14 11:34:47 2010 : Auth: rlm_linotp: Rejecting fall-through 'testuser' 

To get more information about this you should now take a look at the LinOTP log file.
