LinOTP debug logging

4.6. LinOTP debug logging#

In some cases the support might need some very detailed debug information. Then you can switch the log level of LinOTP to “debug”. This can be done on the tab LinOTP → LinOTP base configuration.

After that you can download the support file, which contains the necessary log files on the tab System → Support file.

Note

Please change the log level only if necessary. If the level is set to “Debug” the file will contain security sensitiv information. Please encrypt the support file before sending it.
